In the software, the fiber laser marking machine connects with their PLC, and the operator needs to fill in the vital core in the bespoke software agreed by both parties.

Then when their conveyor belt moves the product under the Bravo fiber laser marking machine, PLC gives a marking signal to Bravo 50 Basic Plus, and the 50 Basic Plus starts to mark. After marking, 50 Basic Plus provides feedback to PLC, and PLC gives a signal to the Datamatrix detector to scan the code to check whether the marking is PASS or NG.

In the bespoke system, all information can be customized like company name, shift, time, year, month, date, line, etc. First, you need to send us your request, and then Bravo Laser will do the rest.
